Learn the tools and tricks of the trade from cake decorator, Tori Takayesu. Students will decorate a layer cake including special flowers and other decorative motifs. Decorating materials and tools will be supplied, but students must bring in 2 prebaked cakes (8in or 9in), a can of icing, and a cake container (or box) to bring finished cake home with them. A pound cake or other firm cake is preferred with no fruit or other “extras” inside cake.
Requirements: Includes $30 Materials Fee for decorating materials. Students must bring in their own cakes, can of icing, and cake container or box.
